What is this ‘Microlearning Course’ about?
Whether we are managers, executives or team leaders, giving meaningful and effective feedback is important in helping our colleagues develop and getting the job done. Creating and delivering a specific message based on observed performance is key to effective feedback. This helps our colleagues to be able to take action to start, continue or stop behaviours that will affect performance.
